Amnesty International Greetings Card Campaign - as in previous years we are offering an opportunity to send a message of hope and solidarity to someone who is in danger or unjustly imprisoned. There is a display in the schoolroom and cards and information are available on the table. If you wish to take part please follow the instructions carefully - you may take cards and information home to complete or fill them in during coffee time. Ulverston Choral Society are in concert at St. Mary’s Church, Windermere, on Saturday 1st December, at 7.30 pm.Tickets priced £7.50 from Laraine Earle. The proceeds are in aid of Life Education Centre in Cumbria. Notice on board at back of Church.

22 December 2007: Carol Singing at the Birdcage. Christians Together in Kentdale will be carol singing from 11.30 - 12.30 on the Saturday before Christmas. Come and join in. Bring your banners so people can see who we are.
The Methodist Church at Holme has made a decision to close and the final service will be next Sunday afternoon (25/11/2007) at 2.30pm.
